Pre-holiday Health Tips

The holiday season is just around the corner. Invites are arriving in our inboxes, festive recipes are popping up online, and mostly we’re all just looking forward to a well-deserved break!

But before the festivities begin, we thought we’d share our top 3 Tips to ensure we don’t drop our health routine too early, and arrive at our holidays in fine form ready to relax!

Lemon Water
Nothing beats starting your day with a good dose of lemon water to flush your system, kick-start digestion, and alkalise and hydrate your body!

Keep Moving
As we’re winding down there are more social engagements to attend and so it’s easy to skip exercise here and there. Try not to. Keep up your normal routine and you’ll feel all the better for it come the holidays.

Eat & Drink Fresh
It’s tempting to forgo our normal healthy eating for early holiday treats. By all means welcome in the season, but don’t peak too early. Include a good portion of fresh whole foods in every meal, and if you can’t … drink them by way of a handy Sana Six pack!
